Protein French Toast

Ingredients:
2 slices bread (I used Ezekial bread)
1 scoop protein powder
1 egg
100ml milk (I used almond milk)
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Mix the protein powder,  egg and milk together in a bowl… heat the coconut oil in a pan until well hot. Dip one slice of bread in the bowl and soak well on both sides… cook in the pan until well crispy then flip. Repeat with the second slice of bread. Top with banana, cinnamon and maple syrup. Enjoy ☺
