Man alive, do weeks off go in fast or what?? Can’t believe I am back to work tomorrow! Been looking forward to my week off forever and now its been and gone in the blink of an eye! But they say time flies when you’re having fun… I ticked quite a few to-dos off my 101 list this week, even if most of them were food related! Nearly everything in my life is food related though so why should this be any different? 😉

PB & Oat Slices
I made these yummy treats for a handy snack for during the week… No added sugar or flour and they are PERFECT with a cuppa… Can be frozen if you want to keep them better but they may not last that long 😉

I woke up this morning and i did NOT want to work out. It doesnt happen to me often but everyone gets off days right?? There are times when you just want to roll over and fall back asleep. I hadn’t slept well, it was pouring the rain and I was riddled with cramps. My motivation was at level zero…. This happens to all of us at times right?
A Sunday Well Spent….
How was everyones weekend? I’ve been awake since the crack of dawn this morning! But seeing as its rest day I lazed around in bed on my phone… My favourite thing to do on a Sunday morning; be lazy 😀
Hazel Cacao Brownies
These brownies have no added sugar and are made with all natural ingredients… Nice high protein content without being too dry! Not overly sweet but you can add honey or maple syrup if you wish 🙂
