PB & Oat Slices

I made these yummy treats for a handy snack for during the week… No added sugar or flour and they are PERFECT with a cuppa… Can be frozen if you want to keep them better but they may not last that long 😉

280g Natural Peanut Butter
100g Oats
25g Protein Powder
100ml Milk (I used almond)

Melt the peanut butter on a low heat until creamy. Take off the heat and stir in oats and protein. Gradually add the milk and mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 for around 15 minutes.. Easy peasy!
