Honey Nut Bars!

100g peanut butter
70g pure honey
30 raw coconut oil
1 scoop protein powder (i used chocolate)
100g oats
30g walnuts, roughly chopped
Splash of almond milk
10g dessicated coconut (optional)

Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a pan over a medium heat until fully melted and mix thoroughly. Remove from the heat and add the oats, walnuts, protein powder and mix. Add a splash of almond milk if the mixture is too dry. Spoon mixture into a lined tin and smooth out using a piece of greaseproof paper… Sprinkle coconut on top and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up. Cut into bars and enjoy with a cuppa!
*You can use ordinary milk instead of almond if you like.*
*You can use whatever flavour protein powder you like or omit it and use extra oats instead*
