Vanilla Protein Cheesecake

75g Vanilla Protein
20g Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
25g Ground Almonds
200g Low Fat Quark
30ml Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
5g 85% Dark Chocolate

To make the base mix together the ground almonds, peanut butter, 25g vanilla protein and the almond milk. Divide the mixture into 4 and spoon into little pots, ramekins or little glasses… Meanwhile mix together the Quark and the remaining protein powder until thoroughly mixed! Spoon the mixture on top of the base, dividing equally between the 4…. Grate a little dark chocolate on top and place in the fridge for half an hour to let chill… Enjoy smile emoticon **Note guys; because these have no added sugar they are not overly sweet! If you want you can add a little sugar, honey or maple syrup but dont forget this will alter the macros xx
